About the role#
AVI Foodsystems is hiring a Student Barista at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers and take their orders.
- Prepare and serve hot and chilled beverages, including coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and fruit-blended drinks.
- Process customer payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize all work areas.
- Explain menu offerings to customers and provide quality service.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
