About the role#
AVI Foodsystems is hiring a Marketing Intern to work at the Goldrush Dining Hall in California, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position with a rolling term. You will work flexible hours that fit around your class schedule.
What you'll do#
- Assist the marketing department with daily goals and projects.
- Help plan promotions and various events.
- Work at dining and admissions events to promote our services.
- Conduct web research for specific projects.
- Learn graphic design skills and handle entry-level design tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments on joint projects.
- Perform administrative tasks such as copying, binding, and shredding.
- Support marketing managers and directors on unique assignments.
- Engage with our company mission and core values.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior status in a Bachelor’s degree program for Marketing.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Completed coursework in marketing concepts and basic knowledge of marketing principles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A professional and positive attitude.
- A willingness to work hard and participate in all levels of the organization.
