About the role#
As a Quality Engineering Student, you will join the QA team to assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of work progress. You will report to the Director of QA for Management Assessments and TPO. This role involves preparing quality procedures and forms to support our nuclear engineering operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the QA team in regular meetings and coordinate communication with internal business units.
- Track deliverables and actions, ensuring they are followed up for closure.
- Assist in maintaining the requalification program plan and adjust it based on internal milestones.
- Develop progress reports, presentations, and backup documentation.
- Organize meetings and manage information through data entry and capture.
- Use spreadsheets, MS Office, and SharePoint to maintain project records.
- Help develop internal process documents as required.
What you'll need#
- A background in engineering, science, or business management.
- Strong motivation to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a group.
- Capacity to read and process large volumes of information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools like MS Teams and video conferencing.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High energy and a detail-oriented approach to balancing changing workloads.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4, 8, 12, or 16-month terms starting in January 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid position.
