About the role#
We are looking for a Project Controls Student to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This role supports the management of project schedules, costs, and reporting. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical experience in project controls within a structured PMO framework.
What you'll do#
- Track project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools.
- Support cost control activities, including data entry, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports using EcoSys, Power BI, or Excel.
- Participate in document management and governance activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Gather and analyze project performance data to support decision-making.
- Assist in standardizing processes and workflows within the PMO framework.
- Support procurement tracking and reporting.
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes, action logs, and follow-ups.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Hands-on experience in project controls, governance, and reporting.
- Exposure to industry-standard tools like P6, EcoSys, and Power BI.
