About the role#
As a Creative Project Management Intern, you will work alongside project managers, designers, writers, strategists, and account teams. You will help keep creative projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This role offers exposure to project planning, workflow management, and agency processes. You will contribute to real client projects, participate in team meetings, and support the delivery of branding initiatives, websites, and content programs.
What you'll do#
- Support project managers with the day-to-day coordination of creative projects.
- Maintain project timelines, task trackers, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, capture notes, and track action items.
- Organize project files, deliverables, and creative assets.
- Assist with communication across various internal teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones stay on track.
- Prepare presentations, status updates, and project materials.
- Participate in a Capstone Project by researching and pitching a new client opportunity to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, business, project management, advertising, public relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Location & details#
- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 15th through August 11th).
- Commitment: 20 to 30 hours per week.
- Compensation: Paid position at $20 per hour.
