About the role#
As an HR Intern, you will work with the HR and Employee Experience team to support day-to-day operations and key people initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience with core HR functions, including data management, policy implementation, and internal communications. This role focuses on building a foundation in human resources while contributing to the overall employee experience.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment and selection, including managing job postings and screening resumes.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain employee files and draft internal communications.
- Help with HR projects related to performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and federal and state employment laws.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to propose new ideas and solutions.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new computer programs quickly.
- Clear communication skills and comfort brainstorming with coworkers.

- This internship is based on-site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The term runs during Summer 2027.
- This is a paid position.
