About the role#
This is a 12-month IT Co-op position starting in January 2027. You will join the Cloud Platforms, Tools & Automation team in Edmonton. This is a full-time, on-site role that provides relocation assistance.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, and deploy AI and automation solutions using platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, and UiPath.
- Act as an AI champion by training business users to use these new tools.
- Work directly with your team to improve organizational productivity.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate co-op or internship program at a recognized Canadian university.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Experience using AI tools like Copilot or Gemini to build and deploy solutions.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both verbal and written forms.
Location & details#
- Location: Edmonton, Alberta.
- Term: Winter 2027 start.
- Duration: 12 months.
- Compensation: $24 - $36 per hour, based on previous experience, plus 6% vacation pay.
