About the role#
This internship is a twelve-week, full-time position for students currently enrolled in a four-year university. You will join our engineering team to contribute to meaningful projects. Many of our interns design and test software that goes directly into space on our satellites.
What you'll do#
- Design, write, and test software for satellites and ground control systems.
- Work alongside our engineering team on embedded software and testing tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical degree.
- Experience with C/C++ and at least one scripting language.
- Ability to design, write, and test software from scratch.
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status is required due to export regulations.
Bonus qualifications include experience with bare metal embedded systems, real-time operating systems, or programming for FPGAs or DSPs.
