About the role#
The Student Data Analyst supports the marketing department by collecting and interpreting data to improve business and operational practices. You will track advertisement performance and consumer trends to help management make informed decisions. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles.
What you'll do#
- Gather raw data from various digital and physical platforms and organize records systematically.
- Use R or similar programs to analyze data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Create clear, visual presentations of your findings for management and clients.
- Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Assist office staff with daily administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time UCLA student.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Experience processing and analyzing data with R or equivalent software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Ability to communicate professionally with staff and clients.
Location & details#
- Location: Los Angeles, California.
- Work modality: On-site only.
- Schedule: Minimum of 6 hours per week, Monday through Thursday between 9am and 5pm.
- Compensation: 21.40 per hour.
- Employment is contingent on a background check and Live Scan monitoring.
