About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship program designed to provide hands-on experience within the financial services industry. You will work with the Consumer and Business Product Management team to support project-based work and daily business operations. This role offers exposure to product management, data analytics, and market research while allowing you to build your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Participate in structured programming including orientation, workshops, networking events, and professional development activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that support product management initiatives.
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategic growth efforts.
- Develop presentations to communicate findings to product managers and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to contribute to project deliverables.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to build knowledge of banking and financial services.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with sophomore, junior, or senior standing.
- You must not have graduated before the internship start date.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Ability to translate data into business insights and stories.
- Experience with AI.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
