About the role#
ASRC Federal is hiring an MOC Analyst Intern to support the U.S. Space Force in Colorado Springs. This part-time role offers 32 hours per week and provides direct experience working with government mission systems. You will work alongside the MOC Lead to handle communications and documentation for critical operations.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mission and support system owners.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails from stakeholders.
- Monitor government email and phone systems during duty hours.
- Document incidents and outages in the appropriate databases.
- Research open outages and provide status updates to customers.
- Analyze incident information to determine the correct course of action.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student at an accredited college or university.
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to communicate with professionalism.
- Skills to document mission incidents and analyze outage information accurately.
- An active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Preferred majors include Communications, Political Science, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
