About the role#
We are looking for an Industrial Engineering intern to join the Warehouse Operations team at the Arthrex Logistics Center. You will gain hands-on experience in a distribution environment by supporting the planning, execution, and documentation of operational process improvement projects. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and manage daily priorities.
What you'll do#
- Support Receiving Process Improvements, such as supplier case quantity labeling.
- Assist with Loaner Replenishment involving Locus Cobot implementation.
- Contribute to International Fulfillment projects to prepare for Locus Cobot implementation.
- Work on the Samples, Promotion, and Literature Expansion Project.
- Collaborate with multiple operational departments to drive process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current progress toward a college degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.
- Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to follow written and verbal direction.
- Experience or exposure to SAP ECC is preferred.

- Location: Fort Myers, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 2027 to August 2027).
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Status: This is a paid internship.
