About the role#
Armanino is hiring a Tax Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This position offers hands-on experience in public accounting, providing exposure similar to our associate-level hires. You will work alongside professionals at all levels while participating in training programs to build your skills.
What you'll do#
- Prepare Corporate, Partnership, Trust, and Individual tax returns for clients, including drafts, estimates, and projections.
- Research current tax regulations to develop federal and state tax planning skills.
- Collaborate with team members on client projects across various industries.
- Use accounting software through instructor-led courses and on-the-job training.
- Work toward CPA certification with support from the firm.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business with an emphasis in accounting.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- A plan to complete the 150 semester or 225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure between December 2027 and August 2028 is preferred.
