About the role#
As an IT Audit Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside professionals across the firm. This role provides insight into the field of IT Audit through fieldwork and client engagements. You will participate in interactive programming and receive exposure similar to our associate-level hires.
What you'll do#
- Perform audits, reviews, compilations, and various consulting engagements.
- Learn the client's platform structure and control environment to evaluate process risks.
- Interpret and analyze audit evidence, operational data, and information systems.
- Participate in live interviews with C-suite clients to understand current state processes.
- Write audit reports and determine the effectiveness of controls.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business, accounting, finance, management information systems, computer science, or an equivalent field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- A dual degree in Accounting and Information Systems is preferred.
