About the role#
Arconic is looking for an Internal Audit intern to join our Corporate Headquarters team in Pittsburgh. This role is part of a program designed to introduce students to our finance and auditing operations. You will work alongside our auditors, receive area-specific training, and participate in an orientation to learn about our culture and internal processes. Successful interns may be invited to join the company as a full-time employee following the program.
What you'll do#
- Assist with control testing under the direction of Internal Audit Managers.
- Identify, develop, and document audit observations and recommendations for improvement.
- Work on active audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Interact with corporate and business unit finance leaders regarding daily activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- An expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring/Summer of 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The position is based on-site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
