About the role#
This internship supports the Disputes & Economics group within the Financial Services Advisory practice. You will work on project teams to deliver services for clients in banking, insurance, capital markets, and wealth management. Interns perform work that impacts client outcomes, ranging from process redesign to AI implementation.
What you'll do#
- Identify gaps and opportunities for automation in processes, controls, and risks.
- Gather client data and use AI tools to support analysis.
- Review client documentation to understand current processes.
- Perform financial, accounting, economic, and statistical analysis.
- Document findings and create presentations in PowerPoint.
- Assist with project plans, action lists, and status reporting.
- Prepare client reports and exhibits.
- Present your findings to the consulting team and clients.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3.3 GPA.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation.
- Research, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
- Advanced technical skills in SQL, R, Python, or SAS are a plus.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
