Key Responsibilities: - Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and records. - Assist with billing, invoicing, client fund distributions, and expense tracking. - Support bank reconciliations and help resolve financial discrepancies. - Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with firm procedures. - Collaborate with accounting and legal staff to support daily operations. - Handle confidential financial and client information with professionalism.
