About the role#
As a Marketing Intern at Andersen Corporation, you will gain exposure to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. This internship provides a broad understanding of how these customer-facing functions work together to create and meet demand for our products and services. You will rotate through three functional areas to see how our business operates.
What you'll do#
- Complete a project deliverable that provides real value to the business.
- Compile and analyze data to create recommendations for business solutions.
- Lead marketplace analyses and help develop product launch support plans.
- Optimize customer experience events and suggest improvements for loyalty programs.
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation covering key insights from your three functional rotations.
What you'll need#
- Currently working toward a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, project management, and computer-based analytical tasks.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- This is a full-time, paid position located on-site in Bayport, Minnesota.
- The internship follows a rolling term schedule.
