About the role#
Andersen Corporation is hiring a Product Design Intern to join our team in Bayport, Minnesota. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship. We are looking for students or graduates with a background in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or Graphic Design.
What you'll do#
- Assist with product design concepts using sketching, CAD modeling, and visual communication.
- Support prototype development, product testing, and design validation activities.
- Participate in customer research, usability evaluations, and design reviews.
- Collaborate with the Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams on development projects.
- Create and maintain design documentation, presentations, and technical drawings.
- Help identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
What you'll need#
- Ability to assist with product design concepts through sketching and CAD modeling.
- Experience or interest in supporting prototype development and product testing.
- Understanding of design validation activities and documentation practices.
Location & details#
- Location: Bayport, MN.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: $24 - $27 per hour.
- Note: Interns are not eligible for benefits.
