About the role#
The Human Resources & Talent Intern will gain experience in the HR field while contributing to an engaging workplace. You will support the team with recruiting, talent development, and HR operations. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities such as resume reviews and interview coordination.
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course setup and reporting.
- Develop and support employee engagement initiatives and community programs.
- Maintain the social media content calendar and create posts that highlight company culture.
- Support HR systems administration, including Workday updates and record management.
- Provide general administrative support for HR programs and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preference for students pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Organizational Psychology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing content through Hootsuite.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
