About the role#
We are looking for an HR Intern to support key business initiatives at our Buena Park location. You will report to the VP of Talent and Development and work directly with the HR team. This role is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Support core HR projects including performance management and human resource analytics.
- Assist with the implementation of our HRIS system.
- Help with the rollout and action planning for engagement surveys.
- Participate in mentoring and group learning experiences with other interns.
- Gain exposure to senior leadership while managing real-world projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Industrial Organizational Psychology Master’s Degree or PhD program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Availability to work full-time for at least 10 weeks between May and August.
- Sound leadership and analytical skills.
- A strong desire to learn and contribute to business goals.
