About the role#
The Human Resources Intern supports the HR team with daily operations, compliance, and employee experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes and contributes to the maintenance of a productive workplace. You will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager.
What you'll do#
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Update employee records in Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
- Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive data and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
