About the role#
As a Digital Product Owner Intern, you will join the Digital Experience & Marketing team to help build and improve digital tools for our clients and advisors. You will work alongside product, design, analytics, and technology teams to contribute to real business outcomes. This is a 10-week summer internship designed to help you build foundational skills in product strategy, Agile delivery, and customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the development of consumer-facing websites and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape digital product strategy.
- Gain experience in digital analytics, performance measurement, and user experience research.
- Participate in Agile product development and delivery processes.
- Engage with senior leaders and contribute to business-critical initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status at a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Entrepreneurial Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high degree of self-motivation, integrity, and ethics.
- A genuine interest in digital experiences and mobile applications.
- Must have valid work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. Employees work in the office at least four days per week, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
