About the role#
The Audio Technology Program is looking for an undergraduate student to serve as an ATEC Studio Assistant. This part-time position supports the daily operations of the ATEC Recording Studio. You will work approximately 6 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the ATEC Recording Studio.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current American University student with an active Federal Work Study (FWS) award.
- Completion of, or current enrollment in, ATEC 415/615 (Sound Studio Techniques) is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Punctuality and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site in Washington, DC.
- The position is part-time with a pay rate of $18.40 per hour.
- Hiring follows a rolling schedule.
