About the role#
The Recruitment Intern supports the talent acquisition team by assisting with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience with hiring systems and organizational processes while contributing to the overall recruitment workflow.
What you'll do#
- Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking at events.
- Review and screen incoming applications to check for basic qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews based on hiring manager availability.
- Attend interviews as an observer to learn about structured interview practices.
- Support data entry and workflow management within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Assist the HR team with general administrative tasks, including preparing materials and updating job postings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Junior academic standing or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Successful completion of background checks, employment verification, reference checks, and controlled substance testing.

- This role is based on-site in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The position operates on a rolling basis.
