About the role#
The Global Commercial Services Strategy and Transformation team drives growth initiatives and business oversight for US Small and Medium Enterprises. This internship supports the development of new business strategies and operational improvements. You will work across teams like the SME Executive Office, Account Development, and Sales to maximize client value from American Express products.
What you'll do#
- Drive thought leadership to uncover new pathways for value creation and operational efficiency across organizational design, product, and processes.
- Author presentations, content, and agendas for senior leadership meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and launch business initiatives.
- Build and implement plans to deliver results and monitor outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to controls and processes for business development initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time graduate degree program.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Operations Management.
