About the role#
As an IT-Product & Strategy Intern, you will join the Technology department to help deliver solutions that improve business operations and investment decision-making. You will work alongside product managers, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure technology projects align with strategic goals and provide clear business value.
What you'll do#
- Learn your aligned business domain and core processes.
- Translate ideas and discussions into actionable business requirements and solutioning artifacts.
- Re-envision and automate business processes to help the firm scale and manage risk.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver technically sound solutions.
- Participate in Agile scrum teams and related events.
- Create and maintain project plans, including setting milestones and identifying risks.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties during implementation and rollout.
- Use data to tell stories and drive decision-making.
- Advocate for the user community by understanding their specific roles and responsibilities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- On track to graduate in December 2028 or Spring 2029.
- A strong interest in asset management and investing.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for different audiences.
- A detail-oriented approach to decision-making and a strong analytical skillset.
- Adaptability, dependability, and a dedicated work ethic.
- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use AI-enabled tools to improve your daily workflows.

- Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 USD annually.
