About the role#
The Investor Operations team provides high-level service to our clients. As a summer intern, you will join this team to support client communications, manage workflows, and handle various operational tasks. You will work in a deadline-driven environment that requires strong organizational skills and clear communication.
What you'll do#
- Respond to client inquiries promptly using both written and oral communication.
- Prepare customized quarterly reports for clients.
- Coordinate client deliverables across different firm departments.
- Manage workflows and processes related to client requests.
- Assist with client presentations and ad hoc inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate manual functions.
- Support other projects focused on client service.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- An interest in financial markets and an aptitude for working with numbers.
- A basic understanding of statistics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently to closure.
- High degree of integrity and an understanding of confidentiality requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use tools like Claude and ChatGPT to improve productivity.
