About the role#
The American Angus Association offers a summer internship for students to gain experience in association work. You will support the Events and Junior Activities team with various programs and events throughout the summer months.
What you'll do#
- Help plan and run junior shows, educational contests, and leadership events.
- Travel to assist with the National Junior Angus Show, the LEAD Conference, and other shows as needed.
- Handle daily in-office preparation tasks, including correspondence and communications.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college sophomore, junior, or senior.
- Preference for students pursuing an agriculture-related major.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple activities at once.
- Capacity to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Saint Joseph, Missouri.
- Term: Summer 2027 (approximately May 11 through early August).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
