About the role#
As a Technical Sales Intern at AMAROK, you will support the Technical Sales and Product Development teams. This role offers hands-on experience with security solutions and the processes connecting Sales, Operations, Customer Care, and Research and Development. You will collaborate across teams and take ownership of specific projects to build technical and professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Support the Technical Sales and Product Development teams with ongoing projects.
- Create and update technical layouts for customer solutions and post-installation documentation.
- Assist in identifying and solving technical and process-related challenges.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to support internal teams and external customers.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work in the office at least 15-20 hours a week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong self-starter who takes initiative on assigned projects.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure high accuracy.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or Data Science.

- Location: Columbia, South Carolina (on-site).
- Compensation: $15 per hour.
- Schedule: Flexible hours to accommodate academic commitments.
