About the role#
This internship focuses on supporting the digital infrastructure and tools used in project management. You will help maintain the systems that track project performance and assist team members in using these tools effectively.
What you'll do#
- Support the daily management and maintenance of project management tools and digital solutions.
- Maintain dashboards, KPIs, Power BI reports, and PMO performance tracking tools.
- Provide first-level support to users by resolving basic system and tool-related issues.
- Contribute to tool deployment, testing, and system enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of project management tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management tools, digital solutions, and process improvement.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or Power Apps is an asset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset for international communication, though French is the primary working language in Quebec.
