About the role#
As a project management systems and tools intern, you will contribute to the reliability and continuous improvement of the digital tools supporting project teams. You will work alongside engineering, operations, and design teams to help optimize digital solutions that keep transportation systems running effectively.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily support for project management tools and systems.
- Maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and Power BI reports.
- Offer first-level assistance to users and resolve common technical issues.
- Contribute to the deployment, testing, and improvement of digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of digital solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a program related to engineering, information systems, project management, business administration, or data analytics.
- Strong interest in project management tools and process improvement.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams.
- Proficiency in a language other than French is an asset for international collaboration, though French is the primary working language in Quebec.
