About the role#
This full-time internship focuses on supporting engineering excellence by managing requirements that determine project success. You will work with data analysts, project managers, and engineering teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable data insights. This role involves enhancing existing systems and developing new tools to improve project visibility and performance.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards to improve insight and usability.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics for Requirements Management activities.
- Identify performance gaps, lead corrective actions, and track progress toward established targets.
- Present data-driven insights and performance reports to management.
- Consolidate Return on Experience (ReX) information into a centralized knowledge hub.
- Collaborate with Requirements Management Coordinators to ensure timely follow-up on project activities.
- Analyze project risks and performance gaps to propose data-backed solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or Communications.
- Hands-on experience designing Power BI dashboards or pages.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
- Experience in user interface (UI) design or data visualization best practices is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of a third language is an asset for international collaboration.
