Requirements Management Intern

About the role#

As a Requirements Management Intern, you will support engineering excellence by defining and managing requirements that determine project success. You will work with data analysts, project managers, and engineering teams to turn data into actionable insights and improve the usability of project management tools.

What you'll do#

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to drive insight and usability.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics for Requirements Management activities.
• Identify performance gaps, lead corrective actions, and track progress toward targets.
• Present data-driven insights and performance reports to management.
• Consolidate Return on Experience (ReX) into a centralized, accessible knowledge hub.
• Collaborate with Requirements Management Coordinators to ensure timely follow-up on project activities.
• Analyze project risks and propose data-backed solutions.

What you'll need#

• Hands-on experience designing Power BI dashboards or pages.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bilingualism: Proficiency in French and English is required.
• Experience in UI design or data visualization best practices is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset.
