About the role#
The AWM & Alternatives Consulting Internship is a full-time, ten-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in the financial services sector. You will join a project team to support some of the world's largest asset and wealth managers. The program begins with a training phase to build core consulting skills and establish your internal network. Throughout the summer, you will work with senior executives and colleagues to address complex business, operational, and technology challenges.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze data to solve unique business challenges.
- Produce accurate and timely deliverables to support the project team.
- Assist in the facilitation of client meetings and workshops.
- Perform analysis in Excel and create professional content in PowerPoint.
- Participate in Alpha's business management or practice areas.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or non-MBA master's student.
- Graduation date between September 2027 and June 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience through academic, professional, or extracurricular pursuits.
