About the role#
Kearney is hiring a Business Consulting Intern for the Activate Connected Planning team within the Kinaxis practice. You will work alongside Business Architects and implementation teams to support large-scale planning system projects for global clients. This role focuses on supply chain process design, requirements gathering, and operational analysis.
What you'll do#
- Support Business Architects in blueprinting activities to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to document current-state challenges and functional requirements.
- Analyze and document supply chain planning processes, including demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Translate business requirements into functional documentation, user stories, and implementation support materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants and client stakeholders.
- Assist with change management, training documentation, and end-user enablement.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering, or Business.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 CAD annually, prorated for the duration of the internship.
- Benefits: Eligible for sick leave, paid time off, and relocation assistance if applicable. This position is not eligible for health or retirement benefit plans.
