About the role#
This is a full-time, four-month internship for the Fall 2026 term, running from September to December. Analysts will participate in a formal instruction program covering project finance, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling. You will work within a meritocratic team, contributing to active projects and gaining exposure to senior partners. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time position upon completion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments.
- Develop complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, utilizing macros and VBA programming.
- Manage due diligence processes, including coordination with third-party advisors.
- Develop asset valuations using various methodologies.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch decks, and participate in client discussions.
- Research potential investment banking opportunities, including analysis of target companies, sectors, and geographies.
- Assist senior team members in evaluating investment opportunities and managing existing investments.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- Expected graduation in Summer or Fall 2027.
- A minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Capacity to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to producing accurate work under tight deadlines.
