About the role#
This summer internship offers a formal program of instruction in project finance, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling. As an analyst intern, you will contribute to active infrastructure transactions and work within a meritocratic team environment. Successful completion of the internship may lead to an invitation to join the firm in a full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments.
- Develop complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, including the use of macros and VBA programming.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with third-party advisors.
- Prepare client presentations and contribute to team discussions.
- Research potential investment banking opportunities, including target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies.
- Develop asset valuations and maintain marketing materials, including pitch decks for potential clients.
- Assist the senior team in the evaluation and management of investment opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Entering your penultimate year of study, with an expected graduation date by summer 2028.
- Exceptional academic results, with a minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness under tight deadlines.

- Term: Summer 2027 (4-month full-time term).
- Locations: Toronto, Ontario or Vancouver, British Columbia.
