About the role#
As an Investment Banking Winter Analyst, you will join the Infrastructure Advisory team for a four-month, full-time term starting January 4, 2027. This program includes formal instruction in project finance, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling. You will work closely with senior partners on active transactions and gain exposure to equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and public-private partnerships. Successful completion of this internship may lead to an invitation for a full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments.
- Develop complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, utilizing macros and VBA programming.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with third-party advisors.
- Perform asset valuations using various approaches.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch decks, and participate in discussions.
- Research potential investment banking opportunities, including analysis of target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies.
- Assist the senior team in evaluating investment opportunities and managing existing investments.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, computer science, engineering, or mathematics, graduating by Summer or Fall 2027.
- Exceptional academic record with a minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in both verbal and written formats.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to producing accurate work under tight deadlines and a willingness to work beyond standard hours when required.
