About the role#
AGCO Corporation is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety Intern for the summer of 2027. This full-time, on-site position is based in Beloit, Kansas. You will work directly with our EHS team to support safety initiatives and regulatory compliance across our facility.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and implementation of safety programs and procedures to build a strong safety culture.
- Help with ergonomic assessments and improvement projects to create a safer work environment.
- Participate in environmental and safety audits to ensure we meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop and update employee training materials to improve safety awareness.
- Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and workplace evaluations to identify hazards and suggest corrective actions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to commute to the Beloit, Kansas location daily.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities independently.
- An interest in regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
- Previous internship, co-op, campus leadership, or relevant work experience is preferred.
