About the role#
The AGCO Engineering Internship Program offers hands-on experience across Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Validation, and Design Engineering. You will be matched to a specific project based on your skills and interests. You will take ownership of an engineering project and present your results at the end of the summer. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Design new components and support product development through CAD modeling and design reviews.
- Support manufacturing processes, efficiency improvements, and shop floor problem-solving.
- Assist with product testing, data collection, analysis, and validation of machine performance.
- Analyze engineering data and collaborate with project teams to solve equipment challenges.
- Take ownership of an engineering project and present your results at the conclusion of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected to continue enrollment after the Summer 2027 internship.
- Familiarity with CAD or 3D modeling software such as Creo, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

- Location: Jackson, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Pay: $22-26 per hour, based on experience.
