About the role#
AGCO Corporation offers engineering internships for students interested in manufacturing, quality, test, validation, or design engineering. What you'll do#
- Take ownership of an engineering project and present your findings at the end of your internship.
- Work alongside engineers, project teams, and business partners to solve technical challenges.
- Support production processes, efficiency improvements, and shop floor problem-solving.
- Assist with product testing, data collection, and validation activities.
- Support product development through CAD modeling, design reviews, and engineering analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Mechanical, Manufacturing, Agricultural, or a related engineering field.
- Intent to continue your studies after the Summer 2027 internship.
- Familiarity with CAD or 3D modeling software like Creo, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
