About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship focused on the three core phases of our local operations: Recruiting, Account Management, and Field Support. You will gain exposure to our business processes while working with employees, candidates, and clients. Successful completion of this program may lead to a full-time offer for our Sales Development Representative program.
What you'll do#
- Post job openings to our candidate tracking system.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters.
- Shadow recruiters during calls, interviews, and reference checks.
- Update and maintain documentation in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Join account managers on cold calls, client visits, and throughout the client acquisition process.
- Participate in lead generation and cold calling sessions.
- Attend networking events and contractor lunches.
- Observe field support tasks, including background investigations, drug tests, and unemployment processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university pursuing a BA or BS degree.
- Preference for students transitioning between their junior and senior years.
- Preference for those with a sales degree, minor, or certificate.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
