    About the role#

    Adient is seeking candidates for a Co-op opportunity within the Engineering community, specifically focusing on the Automotive Seating and Seat Structures and Mechanisms group. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.

    What you'll do#

    • Support engineering projects related to automotive seating and seat structures.
    • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
    • Demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills within a professional engineering environment.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a student at Kettering University in an Engineering program, preferably Mechanical or Industrial.
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Experience with BOS or Manufacturing Quality Systems is a plus.
    • Previous internship or co-op experience in an automotive-related position is a plus.
