About the role#
Acuity, Inc. offers a 10-12 week Finance internship during the summer of 2027. This full-time program provides hands-on experience across departments including FP&A, Accounting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Tax. You will own an individual project and contribute to key financial processes while working alongside senior leadership in Atlanta.
What you'll do#
- Own an individual intern project aligned with business needs.
- Perform monthly reporting, close processes, and annual forecasting.
- Design and maintain financial models to drive business action.
- Work cross-functionally with Internal Audit and IT partners.
- Use key systems to conduct risk-assessment analyses.
- Analyze working capital to support forecasting and business outcomes.
- Develop a financial model for corporate owned insurance policies.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Relevant internship or project experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience leading teams or organizations.
