About the role#
The Intern Program Manager for Early Careers will design, build, and operationalize a scalable global internship framework. You will report to the Director of Early Talent Programs and establish consistent program standards while adapting to local market, legal, and business needs. This role focuses on creating a high-quality experience that strengthens the early-career pipeline and supports future workforce needs. You will enable managers to set goals, provide feedback, and connect intern contributions to business outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Manage the full internship lifecycle, including demand planning, role profiles, recruiting coordination, onboarding, learning events, evaluations, and offboarding.
- Create and maintain program materials, such as manager guides, intern resources, templates, and evaluation tools.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on university engagement, campus programming, and employer brand activation.
- Design touchpoints to help interns build relationships, receive feedback, and gain business exposure.
- Own the intern conversion strategy, including pipeline reviews, readiness assessments, and transitions into full-time roles.
- Track program metrics and translate results into dashboards to inform workforce planning and program investment.
- Monitor early-career trends to strengthen program relevance and long-term impact.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in early careers, university recruiting, talent acquisition, HR program management, or related talent programs.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple workstreams.
- Experience building or scaling talent programs, including manager enablement and communication materials.
- Comfort using data, dashboards, surveys, and HR systems or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to build scalable program standards while adapting to diverse needs.
- Strong communication skills to influence and coordinate across various business levels.

- Salary Range: $85,700.00 to $185,400.00 USD
