About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship supporting the execution of the fellow selection process for the 2027 cohort. You will work with the Pipeline and Fellowship teams to manage application systems, assist applicants, and organize selection data. This role runs from August 1, 2026, to December 15, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Support internal and external communications with applicants, reviewers, and stakeholders.
- Organize and analyze information related to the fellow selection process.
- Test and troubleshoot the application portal to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Document selection procedures and workflows.
- Draft and organize training materials for team members and external reviewers.
- Monitor and evaluate selection data using internal systems.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
- Experience with project management software, such as Asana.
- Comfort with data management, analysis, and visualization.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Airtable.
- Interest in supporting scientists as they bring technology to market.
- Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Operations Management, Psychology, or Communications.
Location & details#
- This position is remote.
- Preference is given to candidates located in California, Massachusetts, New York, or Texas.
- This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role.
