Operations Intern, Fellow Selection

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship supporting the execution of the application and selection process for the 2027 fellow cohort. Reporting to the Fellowship Operations Associate, you will work with the Pipeline, Recruitment, and Fellowship teams to manage the administrative and operational tasks required to identify and select new fellows. This position runs for the Summer 2026 term.

What you'll do#

• Support internal and external communications with applicants, reviewers, and stakeholders.
• Organize and analyze selection-related information and data.
• Test and troubleshoot the application portal to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Document operational procedures and workflows.
• Draft and organize training materials for team members and external reviewers.

What you'll need#

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software, Google Suite, and Airtable.
• Comfort with data management, including analysis and visualization.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Psychology, or Communications.

Location & details#

• This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in California, Massachusetts, New York, or Texas.
• This is a full-time, paid position.
