This program creates an inventory of candidates for various internship opportunities across the National Research Council. Interns contribute to projects of value to Canada while gaining practical experience in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will have access to unique and specialized equipment, facilities, and professional expertise.
What you'll do#
- Support a variety of fields, including engineering, administration, computer science, finance, human resources, communications, psychology, public health, and nursing.
- Collaborate with teams to find creative solutions and contribute to research and development.
- Work in an environment that values diverse perspectives and teamwork.
What you'll need#
- You must self-declare as a person with a disability in your application.
- Completion of a high school diploma or grade 12 equivalent.
- No extensive experience is required.
- Ability to obtain Reliability Status, which includes a 5-year background verification.
Location & details#
- Location: Positions are located in Ontario and across Canada.
- Term: 4 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work onsite at least three times per week or 60% of the regular schedule, subject to operational requirements and potential accommodations.
- Status: Full-time and paid.
