About the role#
We are hiring a Student Analyst to join our Rising Stars program. This is a full-time, on-site role for graduate students pursuing a career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children between 18 months and 8 years old.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct early intervention therapy in a center-based environment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on child progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and your clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
