About the role#
We are looking for a Student Analyst to join our team in Charlotte. This is a full-time, on-site position for individuals pursuing a career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will work directly with children aged 18 months to 13 years old in a center-based setting.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy to children in our center.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data for each child.
- Develop your clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with our team and BCBAs to support patient care.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules.
- Prepare for and sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program related to the field.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
- A focus on Psychology-related studies.
