About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Student Analyst to join our center-based team. This role is designed for Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians who are currently accruing supervision hours toward their BCBA certification. We offer a structured path to certification through our Rising Stars program.
What you'll do#
You will provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. Your daily work includes collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate with BCBAs and team members to support child development. You will also dedicate 8 hours per week, outside of direct care, to complete BDS modules. You are expected to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
- Experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
Location & details#
This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Antonio, Texas. The role is paid and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
